Best meals. Best customer service. Since the pandemic started, many business's have shifted into becoming the culture of "no". However Meal Dealers has held true to their customers and continue to deliver 5 star meals and 5 start customer service. They are extremely flexible with me on orders and never make me feel bad for ordering late at times. Instead, they say "Thank you for your business and we will make it happen for you." This is such a rare phenomenon in business now days & it's good to see a company that values the customer first above all.
I just had the carb free builder, and it only has 260 calories, great macros, and it’s restaurant quality.
Alex the owner of Meal Dealers is truly passionate about what he does. The meals are exceptional (I haven't had one yet that I didn't love). His business model is simple... he makes fresh, healthy meals every weekend and delivers them to his customers in Sunday and Monday (pick up in Sterling, Va is also available). which range from locally to all the way up the eastern seaboard from Richmond to New Jersey. The meals are all packaged separately and all that's needed for prep is to pop them in the microwave for about 90 seconds and they are ready to eat. I'll admit I was skeptical... how good does food taste when it's re-heated in the microwave? But with the lid on it keeps all the moisture in and believe it or not it tastes AMAZING! If you are counting carbs or trying to load up on protein it's easy to manage as every individual meal is labeled with all the nutrition data right on the front. My wife is an excellent cook but I am on the go a lot and this has helped to supplement a needed gap and keeps me out of drive through lanes. The cost per meal is comparable or less than you would pay at most fast food places. So healthy...so good... so fresh! Keep up the good work Chef Alex!
I love Meal Dealers -- they're amazing and have been a big part of me losing 25lbs!! I have been struggling with eating healthy, and Meal Dealers takes the guess work out of it for me plus I have zero excuses when most meals can be reheated in 2-3 minutes. The turkey feta burger is probably my favorite with the chipotle meatloaf being a close second. Thanks again, Meal Dealers. You're literally saving my life.
I started a weekly subscription with Meal Dealers at the beginning of 2023, mostly to help with contest preparation. Their service has been outstanding and their meals taste great. Because each meal is labeled with nutritional info, it was easy to build a solid 12-week diet from their menu. They took the guesswork out of macro percentages and calorie counting during my contest prep and helped me reach my fitness goals in just 3 months. Meal Dealers made everything easy and convenient. Every delivery has been smooth and quick from week to week. I'm going to keep ordering my meals from them for the foreseeable future.
I tried meal dealers and I must say it was probably one of the best prepared meals I've ever had. The Taste was hitting all taste profiles that one could imagine. They had a variety and quality that matches most fresh prepared restaurant meals. The container was easily reheated and well packaged. The appearance of the meal was incredibly appealing. While I have dealt with preparing commercial meals for quantity food kitchens for years, the Al Dente quality of the vegetables and the freshness of the meats was truly memorable. I would highly recommend it not only for its freshness and taste but also for its ability to help you keep on a calorie count that will allow you to make your fitness goals a reality. I am truly committed to a healthy lifestyle and I would say that the team of Alex and Glen, (who is a incredibly committed Chef himself) makes a winning combination for meal dealers. I wish them all the success for the future and I believe that they will have it coming pretty soon. Mealdealers was able to fulfill a last minute meal prep order to a long-distance loved one that was grieving. I sent the request after the deadline and I’m SO GRATEFUL they were still able to honor the request. Excellent service!!!
I don’t ever leave reviews but this place is underrated for how great they are! Healthy food and variety at a reasonable price and delivery arrives so quickly has made my life so much easier. I ordered the night before their delivery day (Saturday) and had my expectations set for not seeing the food until the next Sunday but low and behold they made a weeks worth of meals and brought it all to my door the next afternoon. God bless you guys, you rock and your a new mothers dream!
I’ve been ordering my weekly meals from Meal Dealers for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. They have amazing meal options, but what I love the most is that you can customize your meals and portion sizes based on your diet. It makes my life so much easier to stay consistent with my nutrition. The meals are always fresh and lightly seasoned, which I really appreciate because it never feels heavy or gets tiring over time. Their customer service is also great. They’re always in touch to make sure everything is going well with my meals. Even the delivery driver always contacts me before arriving, so my food never sits outside. Overall, such a great experience.

I love that their ingredients are clean, minimally processed, and macro-friendly I’ve tried both Factor and Mighty Meals, and Meal Dealers is definitely the best. It is fresher, less processed/mass-produced, healthier, and the delivery is super quick. I love that I can place my order Sunday evening and the meals magically arrive the very next day. Last week I actually forgot to submit my order by Sunday at midnight and ended up submitting it the next morning at 5:30 a.m., figuring, whatever — if it didn’t get processed in time, I’d just wait until the next week. I was SO happy and surprised when the meals were delivered THAT SAME DAY at 12:00 noon! Some of my favorite meals are: • Chicken Apple Feta Burger — normally I don’t like chicken burgers because they’re always dry, but somehow theirs are SO delicious! • Italian Meatballs — I seriously don’t know HOW they make turkey meatballs so tender and flavorful. When I make turkey meatballs they’re dense and dry. 🤨 • 6-Pack Builder — the chicken is moist, perfectly cooked, and exactly a 5 oz breast! I top mine with BBQ sauce. • Teriyaki Beef & Broccoli — the homemade teriyaki sauce is perfect and not overly sweet like store-bought ones, and the steak is so tender. Honestly, Meal Dealers is the best and most convenient meal delivery in NoVA. I feel so lucky that they’re local — quick, delicious, and incredibly convenient.
